VENDORS If you plan on selling anything during the Rally, you will need to have a permit from the town of Breckenridge. These special permits are required to be completed and attained at least 30 days prior to the event. Contact the Town Clerk's office at 970-453-3182.

PAYMENTS

The fees can be paid online by PayPal to david@gruntPC.com and should be sent as a personal gift. Alternatively you may send a check to: Solihull Society, PO Box 480864, Denver CO 80248-0864. Contact Paul or Eugene about final billing totals before submitting payments as a Sponsor or Vendor. Vendor participation does not include the cocktail party, banquet and trail runs. If you plan to sell anything during the vendor event, you need to get a temporary sales tax permit from the city of Breckenridge. Contact the Town Clerk’s office at 970-453-3182. The venue will be out of doors so you may want to bring your own table and awning. The event will be open from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and is open to the public. You can setup anytime after noon. We will be barbequing burgers, hot dogs and brats and providing soda and chips. During the event several items will be raffled by various sponsors and vendors.
